In-line Continuous Produced Water Analyzers-Testing & Evaluation

Organization: Dr. Graham Gagnon (Dalhousie University)
Subject Category: Health, Safety & The Environment

Start date: July 2010
End date: January 2012

The project will involve a technical review of continuous in-line produced water analyzers and the controlled testing over an extended period of time of these selected analyzers. The primary outcomes will be an unbiased evaluation of the performance of leading analyzers against industry defined criteria, performance deficiencies that need to be addressed by instrumentation suppliers and a legacy installation at Dalhousie University, capable of conducting independent testing and evaluation of produced water analytical equipment.
