Building on previous studies on the socio-economic impact from petroleum activity in Newfoundland and Labrador (ACPI 2003, PRAC 2005 and 2009, PRNL 2012), the current study will document the scale and range of economic benefits accruing to Newfoundland and Labrador as a result of petroleum industry activity between 2011 and 2013.
